We're an Australia-based IT Managed Services & Security provider that has been helping businesses for 8+ years with Managed IT, Microsoft 365 Security, and Essential 8 compliance. We're now on a mission to scale rapidly and are looking for a Senior PH Technical Lead who can own delivery discipline, enforce SOPs, and mentor the team while keeping clients secure.

The Role

This isn't just another engineering job. You will be the backbone of our offshore team, ensuring tickets are triaged, SLA discipline is followed, and our security-first approach (M365 + Essential 8) is consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities

Triage & Ticket Discipline ? Own daily triage rotation, enforce SOPs, ensure zero tickets are left untriaged at EOD.

QA & Standards ? Review ticket quality, escalate misses, and enforce client comms standards.

M365 Security Leadership ? Drive improvements in Secure Score, Conditional Access, Intune, and Essential 8 L1 compliance.

Mentorship ? Guide and upskill junior PH engineers, enforce accountability.

Client Impact ? Collaborate with AU engineers to ensure top clients have strong security + reduced ticket backlog.

Requirements

3+ years MSP experience (non-negotiable). You must be comfortable with SLA-driven environments and ticketing systems (Halo, ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.).

Strong hands-on skills in:

Microsoft 365 Admin, Security & Compliance, Intune, Conditional Access

Essential 8 or similar cyber frameworks

Experience leading small teams or mentoring juniors.

Excellent written English for ticket notes + client comms.

Compensation

Competitive salary PHP 70,000–120,000/month (depending on experience).
