WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will help shape the client's payment strategies, projects, and support executive decision-making. Unlock growth through new product design, data-driven recommendations, market analysis and business case building.

  • Analysis and solution proposals: analysis of information to execute solution proposals. This involves identifying needs, risks, and opportunities, as well as proposing alternatives and improvements.
  • Project management: planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks, ensuring deliverables' quality and meeting established goals.
  • Customer relationship: establish a close relationship with the customer, understand their needs, and provide solutions that add value.
  • Development and leadership of teams: Motivating, training, and guiding less experienced individuals, as well as managing and leading teams.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on defining and participating in the deployment of new payment methods.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine payment methods regulation.
  • Training in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics. MBA master's degree is a plus.
  • Availability for national and international travel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strategic thinking with experience in market research, business modeling, or benchmarking
  • Payment project management and execution skills, ideally with exposure to campaign delivery or GTM initiatives
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data platforms (SQL, Tableau, Python a plus)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge or experience in payments, banking, fintech, or digital financial services
