Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial Projects. This role plays a critical part in planning and scheduling construction works, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and site delivery teams.

You'll lead scheduling efforts using Primavera P6, develop baseline programs, and conduct in-depth progress tracking and delay analysis—especially across Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial Projects scopes.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Conducting forensic schedule analysis to idA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 7–10+ years' experience in senior project planning/scheduling within oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors
  • Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and construction methodologies
  • Proven background in forensic scheduling, EOT claims, and schedule risk mitigation
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
