About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Isometric Enterprises'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients inside and outside the Quezon City Metro Manila area. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities inside or outside Quezon City Area
  2. Effectively presenting our products and services to potential clients, highlighting the unique value we offer
  3. Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management
  5. Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and achieve team sales targets
  6. Providing feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, ideally within the Sales industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  4. Familiarity with the Account & Relationship Management sub-industry and its key trends and challenges
  5. Ambitious and driven, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

  6. Preferably a graduate of technical courses such as Architectural Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer/Civil Engineer
