About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking talented PREMIUM CABLE Customer Service Associates to join our team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. This is a full-time role that will involve providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolutions in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed case notes
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment; open also to with or without BPO experience applicant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Fluency in English and Filipino
