Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking talented PREMIUM CABLE Customer Service Associates to join our team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. This is a full-time role that will involve providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolutions in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed case notes
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment; open also to with or without BPO experience applicant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
- Fluency in English and Filipino
