As Accounting Associate, you shall primarily supports the Finance Manager by handling bookkeeping, clerical, and financial documentation tasks. Your responsibilities focus on maintaining accurate records, assisting with payroll and other documentations, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounting and administrative accounting functions.
  • Prepare and process invoices using accounting software and systems.
  • Maintain financial records by filing, organizing, and updating ledgers.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing documents.
  • Prepare financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile accounts by verifying transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support audits by gathering documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Perform data entry for financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
