About the role

We're seeking a driven Marketing Executive to join our team at LA THEOZ REAL ESTATE SOLUTION SERVICES INC. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness for our real estate services.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  • Analysing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Creating engaging content, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven optimisations
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
  • Assisting with the management of the company's online presence, including website and social media channels

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably in the real estate or property industry
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on marketing performance data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content
  • Familiarity with a range of marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and email marketing software
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering results and continuously improving
