Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, oversee, and measure email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and performance metrics.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation and campaign messaging, ensuring materials are clear, relevant, and aligned with brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor analytics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Expectations

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in marketing or communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
