CDO Regional Marketing Officer

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

Job Knowledge, Skills and/or Technical Competencies Required:

• Proven track record of successful regional marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Must have led 3-5 regional marketing campaigns demonstrating proven campaign planning and execution experience.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Specific proficiency required in CRM platforms, SEO tools, and Google Ads & Analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data effectively.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
• Must be available for regional travel on an as-needed basis.

Behavioral / Personal Skills:

• Experience in event management and public relations.
• Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MARKETING STRATEGY EXECUTION

• Implement regional marketing plans and campaigns as directed by the Regional Marketing Head.
• Coordinate marketing activities to support the sales team in achieving sales targets

CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights to the Regional Marketing Head to refine marketing strategies.
• Conduct Survey Forums on new concepts with target Buyers and Sellers.
• Manage Collaterals for Tactical Selling, Give-aways, and Tokens.
• Create engaging contents and funnel through marketing channels such as Digital, Print & Radio

CONTENT AND COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT

• Assist in creating and localizing promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
• Ensure consistency with the company's branding and messaging guidelines

EVENTS MANAGEMENT

• Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, project launches, and community outreach programs.
• Spearhead and manage event logistics and ensure successful execution of tactical Marketing events for Sales Engagement.
• Organizing and attending to marketing activities or industry events to raise awareness and create selling opportunities

CHANNEL MANAGEMENT AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

• Build strong relationships with realty firms, brokers, and other sales channels to encourage participation in regional marketing activities.
• Design and manage reward programs or contests for sales channels to drive performance.
• Organize and delegate roles and responsibilities with beneficiaries.
• Spearhead marketing programs as program lead.
• Coordinate with Sales Teams on Implementation and Feedback.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

• Track and analyze the performance of regional marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, channel engagement, and sales impact.
• Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to refine future activities.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

• Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor spending and ensure activities remain within approved limits while achieving maximum ROI.
• Determine periodic budget for marketing campaigns, platform subscriptions, collaterals, and events.
• Forecast and monitor Dept budget for periodic OPEX/CAPEX requirements

THIRD PARTY AGENCY & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT FOR TRADE MERCHANDISING

• Accredit/endorse merchandising suppliers and agencies.
• Site and Realty Office Merchandising
• Evaluate Agency & Supplier Compliance for Product or Performance delivery.
