We are looking for a Commissary Staff member to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for ingredient preparation, maintaining food quality, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain professionalism and engage positively with customers and team members.
  2. Prepare rice bowl ingredients, including rice, vegetables, proteins, and sauces.
  3. Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  4. Conduct quality control checks to maintain high food standards.
  5. Keep the commissary clean and organized, following food safety guidelines.
  6. Assist with inventory management and track receipts from suppliers.
  7. Communicate with store teams to ensure ingredient needs are met.
  8. Follow safety procedures and proper food handling techniques.
  9. Provide administrative support, such as record-keeping and documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a commissary, kitchen, or similar role preferred.
  2. Knowledge of food safety, kitchen equipment, and cooking techniques.
  3. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  5. Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is a plus.
  6. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
  7. Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience accepted.
