Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct land surveys and measurements for construction, engineering, and design purposes.
  • Operate surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, leveling instruments, drones).
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain survey data, maps, and reports.
  • Establish site control points and boundaries according to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify survey data against project drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer / Surveyor (an advantage).
  • Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying software and equipment (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
