Job Description The Growth Analytics Expert will report to the Head of Growth Analytics – Outreach, Conversion and Stickiness. He/She will lead efforts in analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing strategies to enhance the digital customer experience. This role is pivotal in shaping our growth trajectory by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee experiments to test hypotheses and iterate on digital growth strategies based on analytical findings.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital growth strategies through hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and regression analysis.

  • Develop and maintain Growth Engine KPIs; measure and track the success of digital growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and digital teams to implement data-driven growth strategies and optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, ad tech, and the telco industry to drive continuous improvement in our digital analytics capabilities.

  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to cross-functional teams and senior management.
