  • Ability to manage a team of Junior/Mid-Level Developers for assigned technical tasks on projects.
  • Ability to manage deliverables, technical issues, and responsibilities on large programs, collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Understanding business processes, pain points, needs, and customer experience to deliver Salesforce-based technical solutions that maximize the platform's capabilities.
  • Author solution design documents and contribute to solution architecture.
  • Develop enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (including LWC and Aura).
  • Experience setting up CICD pipelines using tools like Gearset; SFDX experience and setup preferred.
  • Achieve and apply Salesforce technical certifications appropriately.
  • Uphold and contribute to DXC Salesforce Practice delivery processes.
  • Be open to coaching and contribute to the Architect Academy.
  • Create reusable assets for other projects.
  • Peer review solutions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to team members per DXC standards.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Experience in Agile environments.
  • Proficient in Lightning (LWC, Aura), Apex.
  • Experience building Web Service enabled applications (SOAP, REST).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs.
