Job Summary:
Estate Management Head manages the over-all estate operations and relationship management with Estate members. Manage LNC Estate basic service, repair and maintenance, home improvement, LNC Link transport in order to achieve strategic objective, maximize property values and optimize revenue. He/she maintains the high-value of properties or estates on behalf of Estate members and in compliance with the restrictions, policies and guidelines. He/She ensures that services and operations are executed within SLA and delivered with efficiency and quality. He/She is In-charge of the upkeep and day-to-day running of the Estate. Supervises personnel and manages budgets. Coordinates with external partners and clients of the Estate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the estate, including preventive maintenance schedules and compliance monitoring schedules.
- Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, including repairs, landscaping, cleaning and other estate tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of the estate to identify maintenance needs, and opportunities for improvements.
- Supervise, lead and inspire the team, implement development programs to enhance team skills and service standards
- Optimize processes and workflows to achieve cost-effectiveness and resource utilization
- Coordinate repairs, renovations and improvements in compliance with Home Improvement and Estate Rules and Regulations
- Set performance standards, conduct evaluation and ensure compliance with facilities maintenance and security protocols
- Monitor expenditures, handle financial records and optimize spending to ensure cost effectiveness
- Address owner preferences, concerns, and requests while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Oversee special projects related to estate.
- Initiate and oversee projects to upgrade or enhance the estate's functionality
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in, Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A higher degree such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Real Estate Management may be preferred but not always required.
- 3 -5 years of experience in property management, facilities management or related field.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, property owners, service providers and external partners.
