Loan Processor

Job Description:

• Monitors housing loan application to Pag-IBIG and collect buyers' monthly downpayment.
• Prepares contracts and agreements and other papers, including notices to buyers on renewal and/or updates pertaining to housing loan application requirements.
• Receives and verifies the completeness and authenticity of housing loan application requirements.
• Facilitates cancellation of account through Buyer's Cancellation Form in CIS due to non-compliance.
• Evaluates and determines buyer's capacity to pay based on Pag-IBIG standard.
• Informs and facilitate attendance of buyer to the online Buyer's Validation Seminar (BVS).
• Transmits prepared loan folders to Pag-IBIG through the Liason Officer - HDMF.
• Facilitates signing of NOA by the buyer, compliance of findings in Notices of Approval, and preparation of post-approval documents such as DOA-SPA, PN, LMA, etc.
• Prepares assessment of credited loan proceeds to be forwarded to the cashier.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of any 4-year business course
• Knowledgeable or at least with background as Account Officer in the other real estate developer.
• Possesses good communication skills, both in oral and written form and excellent customer service.
• With high integrity, responsibility and dedication to work.
• With experience on Accounts Management as Account Officer.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Amenable to work in Imus, Cavite
