What You'll Do

  • As an SAP FICO Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping financial transformation journeys for our clients. You will:
  • Lead the assessment of business and application requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Drive the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules according to business needs.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses, develop functional and system specifications, and model business processes.
  • Test, document, and validate solution functionalities to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Support deployment and post-go-live activities, ensuring seamless adoption and sustainability.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to building long-term client relationships.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP FICO
  • Strong configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA
  • Preferably SAP Certified and experienced with SAP Fiori
  • Solid understanding of Record-to-Report and Record-to-Manage processes
  • Strong grasp of consulting best practices, stakeholder management, and client communication
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and continuous improvement
