Warehouse Associate – Join Our Growing Team in Pasig City

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to help us manage inventory, streamline logistics, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Location: Pasig City

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming stock efficiently.

  • Organize and maintain accurate records of all inventory.

  • Inspect stock for damages and log any discrepancies.

  • Ensure warehouse space is clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment.

  • Accurately log shipment arrival and departure times.

  • Operate stock management tools and equipment (e.g., forklifts).

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile records.

  • Support the Warehouse Manager with additional tasks as needed.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Reliability & Punctuality – Shows up on time and is consistently dependable.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration – Works well with others to meet shared goals.

  • Communication – Understands and clearly follows instructions; reports issues to supervisors.

  • Adaptability – Handles changes in tasks, volume, or procedures with flexibility.

  • Organization – Keeps workspaces clean and stock arranged systematically.

  • Initiative – Takes proactive steps to improve workflow or address needs without being asked.

Experience:

  • Warehouse operations: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Ability to commute or relocate to Pasig City reliably before starting work.
