Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mobile Developer Lead based in Taguig, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Mobile Developer Lead will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications, ensuring high-quality performance and user experience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing object-oriented programming principles, and ensuring robust software development processes. The position will also include performance monitoring, debugging, and delivering scalable solutions for iOS platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mobile Application Development and understanding of Mobile Applications lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of iOS Development, Android and Java related frameworks
  • Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and its principles
  • Experience in Software Development practices and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in financial or digital banking industries is a plus
