About the role

As a .Net Developer - Lead at Rising Tide Digital, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in driving the development of cutting-edge web and mobile applications. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will lead a team of talented .Net developers, guiding them in delivering high-quality, scalable and innovative solutions. This is a contract position based in Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead a team of .Net developers in the design, development and deployment of complex web and mobile applications
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  3. Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practices
  4. Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing protocols and deployment procedures
  5. Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, optimising application performance and reliability
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest .Net technologies, frameworks and industry trends
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) as a .Net developer, with a proven track record of leading development teams
  • Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server and other .Net-related technologies
  • With lead experience is a MUST
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture and best practices
  • Experience in leading the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
