We are looking for a Sales Financing Supervisor to manage and grow our financing partnerships for the TECNO mobile brand. You will work with banks, financing companies, and retail partners to make TECNO products more affordable for customers. Your main goal is to support sales growth through strong financing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage partnerships with financing companies and retail stores.
  • Create and improve financing plans to support TECNO sales.
  • Monitor financing performance and find ways to improve results.
  • Ensure financing processes follow company policies and local rules.
  • Train sales teams and partners on how to use financing options.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to promote financing offers.
  • Report regularly on financing performance and partner activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales financing or business development.
  • Experience in mobile phones, electronics, or fintech is a plus.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel and reporting tools.
