The Finance Director will be responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, providing financial statements and analysis relevant to management's decision making, and managing Accounting functional areas such as AR, AP, GA, and Payroll.Duties & Responsibilities:Preparation of the Company's 3-year business plan

Financial ReportingEstablishes annual expense budgets and sales forecasts

Defines cost structures and business models by product category, channel, and store, and recommends discontinuance or closure if necessary. End-to-end finance & TreasuryElevates the quality of reports and data presentation by integrating various financial and operational information, pointing stakeholders to key areas to address to generate results, including establishment of governance to drive action. Multiple finance functions for the business units: business performance, business forecasts and gap bridging, compliance, governance, cost control, general accounting, operations control, sales control, billing, cash flow, contracts review, projects, etc.

Full finance function for the business unit: business performance, business forecasts and gap bridging, compliance, governance, monitoring budgets, involvement in month-end closing, scenario simulations, project profitability, product costing, etc. Works & directly reports to the CEOQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, -CPA10 years experience at the same level and 15 years experience with Financial Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting

Strong knowledge of balance sheet and Profit & Loss Analysis Techniques.Strong understanding and application of Accounting Principles, standards, industry practices, techniques, and concepts.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, data manipulation).Proficiency in ERP.Amenable to work in Makati, Full-time and on-site
