Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide timely, professional, and efficient service.
  • Meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Escalate issues as needed and follow company procedures.
  • Support campaign goals and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • K–12, vocational, or college graduate (or completed 2 years of college).
  • For old curriculum HS grads: 6 months BPO experience (international) or 1 year (local).
  • Must present valid proof of education.
  • Willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
