Accounting Manager

Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
Ensuring that management's needs are satisfied and exceeded through the implementation of the company's policies and procedures, including its customer service standards, thereby achieving timely and accurate submission of reports to all users.
Compliance with all government, LGU's, SSS, HDMF, Phil health, BIR & SEC reportorial & statutory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications: Familiarity on other Programs:
- Accounting Program
- Payroll System
Preferably CPA; BS Accounting.
Knowledge required:
- Basic Accounting Principles
- Computer Literacy (especially MS Word/MS Excel)
- Company Policies and Procedures
Skills required:
- People Skills
- Communication Skills
- Comprehension Skills
- Service Orientation
Reports prepared:
- Income Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow
- Budgets
- General Information Sheet
- Other reports required by management from time to time.
Taking extreme care in handling reports that one is fully accountable for.
- BIR regular reports
- Safekeeping and proper filing of documents.
