Job Description

We are seeking passionate and patient Online Tutors to provide one-on-one or small group virtual lessons to students. This role is freelance and per booking pay, meaning you will be compensated for each confirmed tutoring session.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online tutoring sessions in your chosen subject area.
  • Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and learning materials suitable for beginner to intermediate learners.
  • Adjust teaching methods based on individual learning styles.
  • Provide constructive feedback and progress updates to learners.
  • Create an engaging, supportive, and motivating online learning environment.

Subjects in Demand

We are open to tutors in various fields such as:

  • Academic Support (Math, Science, English, etc.)
  • Business Skills (Communication, Presentation, Time Management)
  • Digital Skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Basic Computer Literacy)
  • Language Learning (English, Filipino, or foreign languages)

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and proven expertise in your subject area.
  • Prior teaching/tutoring experience (online or classroom) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify concepts for learners of all levels.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching setup.

Compensation:

This is a freelance, per booking pay role. Trainers will be compensated per confirmed session/course delivered, not on a monthly salary basis. Rates will be discussed during on-boarding.
