Job Overview

The Accounting Staff will be responsible for supporting the accounting and finance team in day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records, and assisting in various accounting functions such as payables, receivables, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and other supporting financial documents.
  • Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial files and records.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, payments, and financial concerns.
  • Prepare simple financial reports and assist in audit requirements.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (real estate experience preferred but not required).
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
