About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bridge Software Engineer to oversee software testing activities and ensure high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in QA processes, and Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3-N1) to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders.

Disclaimer: This role will not involve testing Japanese software. Japanese proficiency is required solely for communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Handle requirements and specification confirmations in both Japanese and English

Synchronize communication between the local development team and Japanese stakeholders

Support the establishment of test strategies and QA processes

Understand specifications in the BFF (Backend for Frontend) domain

Organize and define test perspectives

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Language: Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3-N1) – reading, writing, and speaking.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in software testing.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
