Position Summary
The Global Vendor Registration Supervisor oversees the accreditation process for vendors of all Melco properties, ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining registration databases and collaborating with global teams to streamline registration procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides assistance and guidance to vendors and Business Units in filling up standard forms and templates may it be manual or from procurement system.
- Maintains registration databases up-to-date for proper monitoring.
- Coordination with Quality Assurance team and acquire approval prior to accreditation for high-risk vendors such as food-handling vendors, manufacturers, etc.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Legal, Investigations, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of vendor registration processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the vendor registration process, incorporating feedback and industry best practices.
- Ensures timely follow throughs and verify all documents are clear and complete.
- Prepares accurate report for analyzation and assessment.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate superior depending on business operation requirement.
- Ensures good rapport to maintain positive environment.
- Keep abreast of global regulatory changes affecting vendor registration and accreditation, ensuring the company's processes remain in compliance with evolving global standards and requirements

- Accurate with a keen attention to details.
- Proficiency in managing databases and utilizing relevant software for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and effective communications with internal teams, and vendors across different regions addressing concerns professionally.
- Understanding of global regulations and compliance requirements related to vendor registration in all Melco properties.
Qualifications
I. Experience
At least 1-year experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management
II. Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, IT, or Supply Chain
III. Skills / Competencies
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Understanding of cultural differences and business practices to effectively manage vendor registration on a global scale.
- Capacity to develop creative and efficient solutions to improve the vendor registration process.
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen understanding of relevant cost drivers for demand management.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Efficiently manages time and resources to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Adapts to changes for a continuous improvement.
