Responsibilities:

  • With experience in Architecture/ Interior Fit out/ Civil Structural works/Foundation Works/Pre Cast Works
  • Be inventive and imaginative
  • Expert in local building codes and international standards in design and construction industry
  • Knowledgeable in various design phases like conceptualization, schematic design development, project handover and supervision
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
  • Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
  • Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise.
  • Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
  • Document and report project progress to collaborators and clients.
  • Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
  • Ensuring project meet agreed specifications, budget or timescales
  • Providing technical advice and problem solving site
  • Preparing site reports, estimates and filling in other paperwork's

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil)
  • Preferably 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Must be a team player, and can work in a professional manner
  • Pro-active, independent and have a sense of urgency when it comes to project status updates
