Job Description

As a Capacity Planner, you will organize staff schedules, manage inquiries, support recruitment coordination, and maintain scheduling systems to ensure consistent and efficient operations. You'll play a vital role in supporting the broader operations team by enabling smooth delivery behind the scenes.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years of experience in forecasting and scheduling
• Demonstrated ability to accurately predict workload by analyzing historical data, identifying trends and seasonality, and incorporating variables such as marketing campaigns, product launches, and service disruptions
• Strong verbal and written English communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency using scheduling or workforce management software
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team focus

Your Daily Tasks

• Create and maintain schedules for approximately 100 employees using scheduling software
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all roster-related inquiries via phone or other channels
• Communicate effectively with teams to build strong working relationships
• Monitor staffing levels; identify coverage gaps and coordinate with the recruitment team as needed
• Maintain rosters at least 4 weeks in advance, adjusting as necessary to support staffing demands
• Coordinate introductions of new team members to client families or stakeholders
