The
Network Acquisition Associate
plays a key role in expanding the company's healthcare service provider network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding pharmaceutical partners and diagnostic clinics. The role requires close coordination with revenue-generating business units to ensure that acquisitions align with operational and commercial requirements. This includes end-to-end partner management from initial outreach to contract finalization and seamless turnover to the service delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Sourcing & Scouting
  • Identify and evaluate potential pharmaceutical companies and diagnostic clinics based on specifications from business units.
  • Conduct market mapping to expand service availability in priority locations or segments.
  • Partner Engagement & Negotiation
  • Initiate discussions with prospective partners to introduce the company's platform and partnership opportunities.
  • Discuss and negotiate contract terms, service rates, billing procedures, and payout cycles.
  • Contracting & Documentation
  • Facilitate the preparation, review, and signing of partnership agreements.
  • Please make sure that all required documentation and regulatory compliance is correct.
  • Internal Coordination
  • Align with internal stakeholders (Product, Revenue, Legal, and Service Delivery teams) to ensure readiness for onboarding.
  • Provide a smooth transition of newly signed partners to the service delivery and integration teams.
  • Reporting & Database Management
  • Maintain accurate records of acquisition status, partner database, and contract milestones.
  • Provide regular updates on the acquisition pipeline and partner performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, provider relations, account management, or network acquisition — ideally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or health tech.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of contract terms and healthcare provider operations is a plus.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM or provider management tools.
