About the role

FriendlyCare Foundation Inc. is seeking a Registered Medical Technologist to join our team in Masinag, Antipolo City. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare services and ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of laboratory tests and analysis. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and immunology
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Collect, prepare, and process patient samples following established protocols and procedures
  • Analyze test results, interpret findings, and provide accurate and timely reports to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the efficient delivery of laboratory services
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to laboratory procedures and patient test results

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  • Possession of a valid license as a Medical Technologist in the Philippines
  • Accepting newly passer
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with the medical team and provide clear explanations to patients
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in laboratory procedures
