Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally through phone, email, live chat, or social media
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, prices, availability, and company policies
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and on-time delivery
  • Handle customer concerns related to order status, shipping, and delivery schedules
  • Assist in updating product descriptions and posting content for marketing and social media
  • Help collect customer feedback and suggestions to support marketing and product improvements
  • Inform customers about special offers, discounts, and new products
  • Record all customer interactions and keep customer information updated in company systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Share customer feedback and suggestions with management to help improve products and services

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's/College degree
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales, marketing and/or ecommerce role
  • Experience in industrial or technical customer service is an advantage
  • Experience in order fulfillment - managing order processing, inventory control, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery of products
  • Familiarity in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar) for creating marketing materials and product visuals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Familiarity in ERP software (e.g. MS Business Central, SAP)
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
