Job Description:

Provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and personal support to the President. Ensures efficient coordination between the President's office, company divisions, and household operations. Handles confidential matters with professionalism, while maintaining smooth communication and timely follow-ups across all areas of responsibilities

  • Manage the President's daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and follow up on reports, deliverables, and updates from all teams and divisions.
  • Serve as primary point of contact between the President and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with household staff on schedules, errands, events, and personal logistics.
  • Monitor pending tasks and ensure completion according to deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all personal, business, and household matters.
  • Perform other administrative and personal support duties as may be required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
