Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to work closely with top executives? We're looking for a proactive Executive Assistant who can help keep everything running smoothly—from managing calendars to preparing impactful presentations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Screen and route calls, emails, and other correspondence to the right people.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and other essential documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records with discretion.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Ensure the executive is always well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
  • Oversee general office tasks such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and maintaining organization.
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates, especially those with experience in business cases and presentations.
  • Proficient in creating professional presentations using Canva (other tools a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas and San Juan areas.
