Role Description

This is a full-time Makati based role for a Superintendent/ Assistant Manager in Head Office is located in Makati. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction from initial planning to project completion. This includes managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects. The Superintendent will also be responsible for ordering materials, inspecting work performed, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, construction management, Logistics (Import and Export) and supervision to brokers, local and International freight forwarders, Trucking.
  • Strong understanding of construction and mining processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Ability to review specifications and order best quality at source
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry is a must
  • Licensed Engineer or Certified in Supply Chain equivalent is a must.
