About the role

Dynamic Elite Construction Corp. is seeking a dedicated QA/QC professional to join our team in our Manila City location. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects, playing a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor compliance with plans, specifications, and industry standards
  • Identifying and resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with project managers and construction teams to address quality concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control activities
  • Providing training and guidance to construction personnel on quality best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety protocols
