Support in verifying the implementation, reviewing, and updating of company processes and procedures

  • Processes and procedures preparation and monitoring implementation across projects and company

  • Project and systems audits performance and report

  • Support during any external audits

Principal Accountabilities

Ensure updating the company's quality management system

Ensure process and procedures are in conformity with international standards and customer requirements Monitor change to the quality management system

  • Update the QMS when internal and external changes occur

Monitor quality risks and opportunities and report their status to your line manager

Execute the quality audit programs and manages the audit finding register

  • Issue and manage corrective action report

Ensure timely closure of audits finding

Ensure Audit finding register is updated accurately

Monitor KPI report

Support in maintaining company's systems and product certificates

  • Support the projects in all QA related issues

  • Collate and analyse data from projects and processes (customer satisfaction, customer complaints, nonconformities, KPI, quality risks and lessons learnt)

  • Highlight the gaps between set and achieved key performance indicators

  • Join BUS Auditors team while conducting Project Quality / HSE Audit meetings and audit walkthrough

  • Carry out any other special duties that are assigned by the QAM or QA/QC Management Educational Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quality

Management, or equivalent

  • Lead Auditor Certificate in ISO 9001

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience in oil and gas industry

  • Experience in quality assurance and control, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and auditing practices

  • Specialize knowledge of quality management principles

Specialize knowledge of management systems standards, ISO 9001

Proven experience with risk management and KPI validation

  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
