JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : CUSTOMS PROCESSOR

Job Summary: Assisting the processing and monitoring of entries filed at the Bureau of Customs. Monitor the release of shipments at the Bureau of Customs at the earliest possible time.

Key Task Responsibilities:

1. Process shipments for Customs inspection and ensure security of shipments upon Customs release.

2. Prepare cash advance and liquidation related to import clearance expenses.

3. Prepare/log the status of shipments on process at the Bureau of Customs.

4. Monitor duty/tax payment of inbound shipments for budget purposes.

5. Perform duties as may be delegated by the Immediate Superior.
