Sr. Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with a strong background in Philippine tax compliance (BIR), cost analysis, payroll management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting functions
• Prepare and file accurate BIR reports (VAT, EWT, ITR, etc.) in a timely manner
• Conduct regular cost analysis to support budgeting and pricing strategies
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory contributions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure proper cash flow management
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government agencies when needed
• Lead or mentor junior accounting staff (if applicable)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• With related experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance
• Experience in cost accounting, payroll systems, and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems)
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines
• Preferably with experience in leading small finance/accounting teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
