DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Project Manager in properly executing company projects.
  • Check if all necessary documents are secured (DR, work permit, etc.) before mobilization/ deployment of the technical team.
  • Check with the Warehouse Department the materials and consumables needed in the project.
  • Keep an inventory of records of all the tools and equipment issued to the Engineering Department. Make sure that tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Check the condition of tools/ equipment after use in each project, if tools/ equipment is no longer in good working condition, prepare an incident report and recommend an action plan.
  • Check together with the Warehouse Department and make sure that the correct items are released for the projects.
  • Provide an inventory of the excess materials once a project is completed and process all needed documents for return.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Admin Department the schedule of PM/ Emergency Calls to clients
  • Reports any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the head to preempt potential risks to the Company.
  • Handling and disbursement of petty cash for the technical team' s budget
  • Providing weekly project progress reports
  • Providing monthly project win-loss reports
  • Providing planned and actual itinerary of technical personnel and Project Engineers.
  • Coordinating with Operations Department with regards to the driver availability, issuance of gate pass, and trip ticket.
  • Timely submission of billing and supporting documents to Project Accounting to ensure timely billing to clients.
  • Ensures cleanliness of the Engineering Office and nearby premises
  • Complies with all prescribed policies and procedures of the Company on safety and security.
  • Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
