About the Role

As the Integration Architect, you'll own the end-to-end integration architecture—strategy, design, governance, and delivery. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate integration needs into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

This is a hands-on, leadership role where technical depth and architectural thinking matter.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise integration architectures aligned with business and technology strategy
  • Define and maintain integration standards, guidelines, and best practices
  • Analyze existing systems to identify integration and optimization opportunities
  • Lead development and deployment of APIs, middleware, and data pipelines
  • Enable seamless data flow between on-premises and cloud-based systems
  • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging integration tools and technologies
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across integration solutions
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot integration performance and availability
  • Create detailed documentation (architecture diagrams, data flows, specs)
  • Provide training and guidance to development teams and end users

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience as an Integration Architect or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of integration platforms, middleware, and API management tools
  • Hands-on experience designing and governing complex system integrations
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies

Good-to-Have
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure, or AWS Solutions Architect
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integration, ETL processes, and data governance
