As our Offshore Integration Lead (Director), you will design, implement, and manage integration solutions across cloud and on-premises systems. You'll guide architecture strategies, mentor teams, and ensure our systems communicate seamlessly to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with business and technology goals.
  • Define and enforce integration standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for integration and optimization.
  • Lead deployment of integration solutions: APIs, middleware, data pipelines.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  • Evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend the best-fit solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance for high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues to minimize downtime.
  • Create comprehensive documentation: architecture diagrams, data flow maps, technical specs.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on integration processes and tools.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 12+ years' experience leading large-scale, multi-platform integration programs.
  • Strong expertise in integration platforms, middleware, and API management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good-to-Have

  • TOGAF, Azure, or AWS Solutions Architect certifications.
  • Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of APIs, ETL, data integration, and data governance.
