Job Summary

The HR Specialist is responsible for implementing and supporting core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, labor compliance, and HR documentation. This role ensures alignment with company policies, labor laws, and best HR practices to support organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various positions
  • Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and background checks
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, 201 files, and HR databases
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company rules
  • Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes
  • Coordinate labor compliance and government requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, PESO)
  • Assist in payroll validation, timekeeping, leave monitoring, and benefits administration
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
  • Facilitate employee orientations, trainings, and engagement programs
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
