Position Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Salesforce Administration based in Manilato take full ownership of our Salesforce environment and enable high-impact decision-making through effective reporting and analytics. In this critical role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Executive Leadership—translating business needs into system improvements, insightful dashboards, and scalable processes that accelerate growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate daily with U.S.-based leadership while playing a key part in driving operational excellence across the organization. You'll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise to maximize the value of our Salesforce investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau (or other BI tools) to provide transparency into pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls, anticipating the needs of sales leaders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in sales data and reporting processes, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.
  • Own the accuracy and reporting of sales pipeline across all lines of business.
  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.
  • Develop monthly dashboards and ensure all sales opportunities are fully updated in Salesforce.
  • Oversee and optimize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot tools to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reporting systems, including the potential use of Tableau or other BI platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, anticipating needs and proactively providing solutions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales operations function.

  • Salesforce reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and used consistently by leadership for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in sales reporting and analytics, with a proven ability to build and optimize sales dashboards.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or other business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent time management and a strong focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Amenable to work graveyard hours/night shift
  • Must reside within NCR or neighboring region for contingency
  • Willing to work in Makati (if needed)
  • Can start ASAP

**Work Arrangement: This position is currently offered on a REMOTE work basis after successful completion of training.
