Job Description:

  • The position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the day to day operations of the offsite warehouses pertaining to receipt, handling, storage and dispatching of finished goods products; as well as the creation and implementation of procedures and performance measurements, productivity and reporting.
  • Ensuring that FG Warehousing operations are conducted with compete accuracy and at most cost effective manner.
  • Ensuring stock availability of all Stock Keeping Units (SKU) in the warehouse at all times and at most cost effective manner.
  • Coordinating warehousing operations with Third Party Logistics (3PL) thereby ensuring that finished goods inventories are well managed and properly handled accordingly to the company's Good Operating Practices (GOP) Standards
  • Ensuring that dispatch activities are on-time from depot to customers, to achieve maximum service level at the least possible cost.
  • Warehouse Management System

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Administration related courses in the field of Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of related work experience in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control
  • Possesses very good Leadership, Communication and Decision making Skills
  • With advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel & other applications used for reporting
  • Able to work under pressure, highly trustworthy & willing to work on irregular schedule
