JOB SUMMARY: Responsible on the transmittal of bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic / Tactical

  • Manages end-to-end cash forecasting and movement for assigned accounts.
  • Processes import-related accounts payable based on approved client documents.
  • Sends remittance documents promptly.
  • Responds timely to internal and external communications.

Reports and Analytics

  • Prepares bank reconciliations, cash forecasts, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitors importation settlements.

Process and Compliance

  • Ensures accurate and timely financial data and reports.
  • Meets deadlines for reporting and statutory requirements.
  • Follows reconciliation schedules and adapts to process changes.

Leadership

  • Participates in trainings and company activities.
  • Suggests process improvements.
  • Performs other assigned tasks as needed.

Baseline Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • With at least one 2 years to (3) years cash management and treasury experience
  • Proven experience in general ledger accounting.
  • General Accounting/Treasury.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
