Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Mid-Level Recruiter to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing top talent and conducting initial interviews, before endorsing qualified candidates to the Senior Recruiter. The Mid-Level Recruiter will work closely with senior team members to ensure roles are successfully closed while gaining exposure to the full recruitment cycle.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, open to learning new skills, and willing to take on broader responsibilities over time. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who wants to sharpen their expertise, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and grow into a senior-level role.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across both IT and non-IT roles.
  • Engage passive talent and nurture long-term relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Support proactive talent mapping to stay ahead of hiring demands.

Candidate Engagement & Screening

  • Conduct initial interviews and pre-screenings to assess technical/functional fit, communication skills, and career motivations.
  • Provide candidates with clear role expectations and company insights to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Collaboration & Endorsement

  • Work hand in hand with Senior Recruiters by endorsing vetted candidates for further evaluation.
  • Share detailed notes and insights from initial interviews to ensure smooth handover.
  • Provide timely updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and candidate pipelines.

Growth & Continuous Learning

  • Be open to mentorship, feedback, and training from senior team members.
  • Take ownership of tasks when needed, stepping in to support the team during high-volume periods.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to both sourcing and interviewing.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and ATS/recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple roles.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and platforms.
  • Experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment is a plus.
