Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our voice-based support team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of international BPO experience who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Document interactions and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with team leads to meet performance targets

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of college education completed
  • Minimum 1 year of international voice BPO experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills; CEF score: B1–6
  • Willing to work onsite on a dayshift schedule
  • Must be amenable to fixed weekends of

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
