You gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy to deliver the outcomes of the automation to support the Operations functionJob responsibilitiesEngages with stakeholders and insights team to support all aspects of process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement while adhering to the firm's standards, controls, and intelligence automation solutions governanceContributes to the implementation of the operational automation strategy involving intelligence automation tools, and contributes to the identification of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), or metrics to deliver benefits from operational automationCollaborate with technology teams to create the necessary infrastructure that supports both traditional coding and low-code automation capabilities.Utilizes intelligent automation solutions and AI solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes.Implement and maintain CI/CD Pipelines, automated testing and monitoring for reliability.Implement the operational automation strategy involving intelligent automation tools, AI solutions and work with technology to create the required infrastructure to support automation capabilities.Support post-delivery enablement team in training business users, adoption.Coach and mentor less experienced team members on automation tools and potentially create and/or deliver training curriculum and courses around workflow automation.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience in process automation, software development, or systems integration.Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite, including SharePointProficiency in programming languages and technologies, including Python, Java, HTML/CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript with familiarity in both SQL and NoSQL database systemsHands-on experience with RPA (UiPath, etc.) and exposure to OCR/IDP platforms (Instabase, etc.)Experience with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern front-end technologiesKnowledge on API development and integrationsExperience with version control systems (GitHub, Bit Bucket, etc.)Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practicesProven experience in collaborating effectively across all levels of an organizationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldElevated understanding of business analysis, design, development, testing, and deploymentExperience working with a variety of AI technologies (e.g., LLM, ML frameworks & algorithms, NLP).Exposure to process mining toolsExperience with Power Platform and DBMSInternal Application Eligibility RequirementsTENURE:Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement.
