Signature Home Products Inc. is looking for a reliable and responsible Inventory Checker to support our warehouse operations. This person will act as the right hand of the Warehouse Supervisor, keeping all inventory movements accurate and helping enforce discipline and procedures inside the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Check all items being loaded for delivery against the Sales Invoice to ensure quantity and accuracy before dispatch
  • Receive backloads and customer returns and verify their condition and quantity
  • Monitor all inbound and outbound stock, including supplier deliveries and internal transfers
  • Maintain daily inventory logs and update stock records
  • Assist in weekly spot checks and monthly inventory counts
  • Track and report any discrepancies, damage, losses, or incorrect handling
  • Supervise kargador compliance with procedures and flag any violations
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor in day-to-day warehouse control and documentation

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory checking preferred
  • Must be strict, observant, and highly dependable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counts and paperwork
  • Knows how to follow and enforce company procedures
  • Can work independently with integrity and minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
